RETURNS POLICY


We offer 15 days Free Replacement policy to all of our customers. We believe that customer satisfaction is the key, therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.

If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e. wrong color, wrong quantity, defective, damaged, significantly different from the description given by the merchant, we will return it.

Tungs10 stands for high quality. However, if one of our products is faulty, you do have statutory liabilities and rights.

We only accept complaints for products that have been purchased at our online store www.tungs10.com. For information regarding returns of items purchased offline please visit our Customer Service 011-26495421.

Please return the faulty goods to us. We will exchange the faulty item if still available, or alternatively refund the purchase price and delivery costs.

We will not be able to accept the return if product is used/worn or altered, exhibits physical damage to the product, or it is returned without original packaging and accessories, tampered serial number.

In case of any order being cancelled before it has been shipped, we will refund your complete amount. For this you have to call us or email us to notify about the cancellation.
